Why don't you provide access to your servers for clients who host with you?

We are not a hosting company. We are a website development company that chooses to provide the appropriate hosting service so that we do not compromise the perfect synergy required between website and the place that it is hosted. at.

About 4 months ago the principal owner of Media Web Factory decided to switch the hosting of the websites developed, to a new server. Since then we have had a 100% success on website uptime. No client complaints in relation to website uptime have been received since the date of this server upgrade.

The alternative would be to allow clients to choose the host themselves, and each client according to their knowledge, might make the right choice or the wrong choice on hosting. When wrong choices are made, then client based on his knowledge will either ring the host or us. Or the host might blame us. Either way to save client's frustration, we have eliminated this from happening, by refusing to develop websites and allow them to be hosted elsewhere.

We do not allow access to our server for security reasons.

Yes there are companies that allow access to their servers. But they are Hosting Companies and not Web development companies. They have to allow you access so that you can load the design filesof your website to their servers by yourself. We do that for you for free. These companies are relevant to those with an understanding of website language or uploading procedures. They are no good for clients with no website development understanding. So to eliminate a scenario of client frustration due to no lack of knowledge, we have chosen to protect the many rather than the few by abstaining to allow access to our servers.

Yes, there are even web development companies that allow you access to their servers. What they choose to do is their right. How many gateways they choose to provide to their server is their right. However, the fewer gateways you have accessing your server, the higher the security. We also have the right to want to give you the highest possible secure environment that your business could be hosted in. After all, it is only your business that we are trying to protect.

We are happy to remove the music in the animation at no extra charge.

Additional charges do apply should you require us to put other music in it's place.

After a successful plan of your website structure and you telling us about your business (so that we don't drop the ball on your business message), the factory will professionally build your website in two weeks.

We rebrand a template of your choice, adding your corporate colours and logo. If you don't have any, we will use the logo in the template and make any suggestions in terms of colour.

We will add your content into the template by placing it where we feel will look aesthetically pleasing and usable.

We will purchase one domain name for you and set up a hosting account on our super fast and reliable servers.

We will monitor your site to make sure it's running smoothly.

We will allow you to provide us with regular content changes as per the hosting agreement you have selected.

Most of our clients have not paid any additional charges for any other services. They have done this by:
