This section has been provided to assist you in clarifying information on any of our products, services or specials. It is applicable to all types of foreseeable clients:

  1. A client who is unassisted and has come to our website via the internet.
  3. A client who has come to our site via a mass media advertisment.
  4. A client who is assisted by our telephone sales reps and is requiring more information.

It is a policy of ours that this room is always online during business hours. If we cannot speak to you straight away, it means that we are dealing with another client, therefore we are busy and have requested even that our web designers or our administration at least communicate with you and:

  1. Let you know how far away a customer service agent will be
  2. Obtain your contact details so
  3. Get customer service agent to call you back
