• Login into Administrator area
  Username: demoadmin, Password: demoadmin
• Click on "Live Help" from top menu
• Now login as a client
• Type in your name and then press "Request Chat"

Value of this feature

When married to the live assistant (help room), the need of the employee constantly monitoring this room is eliminated. Instead, upon client entry into this room, the incoming client alert feature will activate and audio beep, notifying your staff member that they are required to respond to a client in the help room.

1. If you select this feature, at your first appointment, you will be required to inform us where you would like this feature to appear
2. We insert this feature into the pre-designated area on your site as ascertained from your first appointment.
