After they have made a purchase.The online/offline status feature is there to eliminate client frustration of consistently going into message bank, by alloing them to see which staff member is available.
This feature has the following design elements:
- The name of the department
- The name of the staff member
- Online / Offline status to show whether the staff member is available or busy
- A picture of the staff member or a generic picture of a person representing the stafff member
Send requests to the right staff member with the right skills.
Our Process
- If you haven't already signed up for a skype account, you will be required to do so. Don't worry, signing up is free. If you are unsure where to go to sign up, simply click on the online/offline bubble on the left.
- At your first appointment, you will need to inform us whether you would like to implement this feature on your site. The location of the feature on your site depends on the constraints of the package you have chosen. Your options will be clarified at your first appointment.
- At your second appointment, you will need to provide us with the skype name you have chosen. This will be integrated into the online/offline button.
