Most people are so one dimensional in their approach to websites. They do this in order to save work. You cannot always assume that all things are equally the same. - Live assistant - Connecting pre purchase requirements to the relevant staff member with the knowledge and skills to service those type of requirements.
- Speak to an employee (with online/offline status) - During provision of purchase and after provision of purchase, giving the client the choice of the right staff member with the right skills to service the needs.
