Businesses' products that are a basket of combined services
Some businesses have to book an appointment because their products are a basket of combined services that vary from client to client. Some clients will choose three groups of services, while others will choose four.
Eg. Landscaping services - There are many variables of service (paving, lawn, garden, water feature) before a price can be given.
However, some businesses can put all three processes in and can do all three processes:
- Provide a price per product
- Provide 'get a quote' on a product
- Book your appointment
These companies choose to do this so that a client has many temptations to a call to action. While some things work with one client, they don't necessarily work with another.
